What our demo form collects, why, where it goes and how to have it deleted.
- What the form collects
- Your name, your work email, your platform or company, your current platform, your number of subscribers, and your message. Only your name and email are required.
- Why
- To reply to you, set up your demo and talk with you about your platform. Nothing else.
- Where it goes
- Your request reaches us as an email to jhoffman@ocularstreams.com. On the way, it passes through your own email provider or through Amazon Web Services, depending on how it's sent. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.
- How long we keep it
- As long as we need it to talk with you about your project. We delete it sooner if you ask.
- Who else gets it
- No one. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- Deleting your details
- Email jhoffman@ocularstreams.com and ask. We delete your request and tell you when it's done.
- Cookies and tracking
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. If you book a demo time on our contact page, the booking calendar is run by Zoom, under Zoom's own privacy statement.
