    Migrate

    We move your library and your subscribers off Vimeo, with you. Not dumped on you.

    • In most migrations, subscribers keep their saved payment details. They just reset their password.

Before you switch, someone should check that the build and the handoff are real. Here's what they'll find.

Who owns the code?
You do. The code is handed to you at the end of the build, with documentation.
Whose accounts does it run on?
Yours. The app runs on your own AWS account, and payments go through your own Stripe account. Hosting is billed to you by AWS.
Where does subscriber data live?
In your accounts. Once you launch, your subscriber list, payment records and app data live in your AWS and Stripe accounts, not ours.
Do we need Ocular to keep running it?
No. There's no license and nothing to renew. Ocular Care is there if you want support, month to month.
What happens to subscribers' cards in the move?
In most migrations, their saved payment details carry over through Stripe, and they just reset their password. We can't guarantee that for every platform.
